Membership  

When can I expect my first shipment?

Your first shipment will be shipped out by the next business day! Once, your Sugarhaul has shipped from our warehouse, it should arrive within an estimated 5-10 business days. Your next shipments will be bi-monthly from your first order date.

 

When will I be billed for the bi-monthly  or annual subscription?

You will be charged when your subscription is placed. If you choose bi-monthly billing, your charge card on file will be charged again 2 months after the initial order. For example if you order on May 6th, you will be charged on May 6th and then again on July 6th.

Yearly Rebillable Subscriptions will be billed for the full year of your subscription at the time of your initial order, and will not see another charge until you’ve received 6 hauls. You will be notified via email when your auto-renewal is around the corner and given the opportunity to opt-out of recurring payment.

 

Can I change my shipping address if I move?

Yes. Login on Sugarhaul.com. Once logged in, you will be able to manage all of your subscription information. 

 

Can I sign up for just one bag?

Sorry! The hauls are for subscription only.

 

What is your cancellation poilicy?

Bi-Monthly Rebillable Subscriptions can be canceled at any time. To cancel your Bi-Monthly Rebillable Subscription just login and click "manage subscription". If you are trying to access from a mobile device, you may need to scroll all the way to the right or down, if that option is still not visible, then please access from a desktop.

If you do send us an email to cancel, your subscription is not cancelled until you receive a confirmation email. Since occasionally (but rarely), emails have a way of never making it to our inbox, please make sure that you receive a communication back from us before considering your subscription cancelled. We do respond to emails within one business day. If you have sent an email to cancel and have not heard back from us within one business day then we have not received your communication. 

Annual subscriptions will be charged at the time of the initial order. If you do not want to Auto-renew then simply login and cancel your subscription renewal. This will not affect your first 6 bi-monthly Sugarhauls.

We really would hate to lose you but we understand! Just make sure that if you do cancel to keep your email cancellation confirmation. That way, if a #SUGARHAUL gets charged and sent after cancellation, we will be sure to make it right!  If by some very weird event that does happen, email us at: sugarhaulinfo@yahoo.com with a copy of your cancellation confirmation. If your confirmation does indicate that you cancelled before you were charged for your next #SUGARHAUL, we will be in contact with you.

Please keep in mind that there are no refunds after a subscription has recurred and been charged unless you have a previous confirmation that your subscription has been cancelled. 

 

Shipping

 

Where does Sugar ship?

Sugarhaul subscriptions can be shipped anywhere in the continental United States and Canada. Sadly, we are unable to ship subscriptions to APO, FPO and DPO addresses. If you are in a different location, please send us an email at: sugarhaulinfo@yahoo.com with your shipping address. We will gladly check shipping costs and email back with your information.

 

Returns/Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Sorry, there are no refunds on the Sugarhauls. If, however,  you receive a full size product in your haul that is damaged, please send us an email for further consideration at sugarhaulinfo@yahoo.com

If you send a Sugarhaul back, it will not be collected from the post office and/or refunded 

Clothing Exchange/Returns

All #CUSTOMSUGAR items are final sale so please be sure to check sizing charts and customization for accuracy when placing your order.

#CUSTOMSUGAR does appear small when you first receive the items but don't panic! If you took measurements and ordered according to the size chart, they will fit. There is a ton of spandex in the #CUSTOMSUGAR material and they are patterned to stretch to fit the sizes on the chart.

Stock clothing items may be available for refund if items are new with tags and returned within 15 days of your receipt of the items.

If you have a stock clothing item that you would like to return please email: sugarhaulinfo@yahoo.com for return authorization. Once your returned items are received a full refund of the clothing item and any tax will be credited to your account if the item is returned in brand-new condition.

If you would like to exchange a stock item for a different size or color, first email for a return authorization and then simply place a new order for that item. Inventory is constantly changing so to be sure to get the size you would like, we recommend to place your new order as soon as possible rather than waiting for your returned item to be credited.

Any items that are returned to the Post Office and require Sugar to pick up and pay for additional postage will not be retrieved and/or refunded.

Team Orders - team orders are a final sale, are non-refundable and not available for exchange. The team orders are custom made for your specific team and orders must be placed by the closing date designated by your team director. No further orders will be taken for team pieces after the closing date.

If you receive a team order piece and it is defective, notify Sugarhaul within 10 days of receipt at: sughaulinfo@yahoo.com for further instructions
