You never would think that breathing would be something you would forget but I have experienced lately that if I don’t remember to take some breaths while I’m dancing, I will get very over heated and lose my energy quickly. I have been working on finding spots in my dances to be able to take a few breaths to get my energy back. This is definitely a mindful process, but I feel that if every dancer remembers this, they will feel better during and after their dances.
